HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
In stock orders will be processed within 2-4 business days and will be received in approximately 7-10 business days depending on your location.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of expected lead times.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Once your order has shipped, an email confirming your Tracking Number will be sent to the provided contact information you supply.
CAN I PREORDER A CURRENTLY BACKORDERED PRODUCT?
We accept preorders on most, if not all, backordered items, meaning stock of the piece has temporarily run out. Preorders will be put in a queue in the order in which they are received and will be shipped out immediately when the pieces become available.
If an item is not in stock, you will receive an email with the expected lead time upon purchase.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
We pay for all Standard shipping costs for items within the domestic, mainland United States. Free shipping service level is curbside economy, delivering to the curb or first dry area. All shipping charges quoted in writing by LAXseries are valid for a one week period and subject to change.
Los Angeles and Orange County customers have the option of free next business day shipping. Such orders must be placed before 5pm PST. You will be prompted to select a 12pm-3pm or 3pm-6pm appointment window for delivery.
Additional shipping options are available and include Room of Choice, White Glove, and Expedited. Please visit our Shipping information section for additional information.
For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico addresses, additional fees may apply. Please contact us directly at 310.313.4700 to inquire about shipping to these outlying areas..
International shipping outside of North America can be arranged. However, additional fees do apply. All international shipments are quoted on a case-by-case basis and restrictions may apply. Recipients for international shipments are responsible for all import duties and taxes, where applicable. LAXseries does not ship directly to Canada nor Australia at this time, but rather through our network of Canadian and Australian retailers. WHAT IS LAXSERIES' ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT?
WHAT IF I AM NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?
We want you to love your new LAXseries piece.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund as long as the furniture is in fully resaleable condition (no stains, damage, nor abuse). All returns must have original packaging. All returns will be assessed at the industry standard 25% restocking fee and you will be responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Please note, custom/special orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
In the event you cancel your shipment while en route or if the package is considered “undeliverable” by the freight company at destination, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Your credit card will be refunded minus the shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee once it has been inspected at the warehouse.
WHAT IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please note, LAXseries’ return policy may differ from those of its retail partners.
If you receive a damaged shipment from LAXseries, you may exchange it for an equal piece at no additional charge. All shipping damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. It is required that LAXseries receive digital images of the damage before replacement shipments will be processed.
If you receive a product with obvious damage seen from the outside of the box (e.g., a dent or hole in the box) you have the option to not accept the box from the shipper. Whenever signing for a package, you are stating you received it in good condition. You have the right to make the deliveryman wait while you open up the box to make sure all pieces are intact.
WHERE IS THE FURNITURE DESIGNED?
All our products are designed in our Los Angeles studio. We personally oversee the production and make every effort to supply a quality product to our clientele.

DOES MY PURCHASE INCLUDE A WARRANTY?
LAXseries warrants its products against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase, provided the product was used under normal conditions and was used for the purposes for which it was designed. Warranty does not include wear and tear. In case of a damage or defect due to manufacturing, we will replace the item at no charge. It is required that LAXseries receives digital images of manufacturing damages before replacement shipments will be processed.
The warranty is to the initial purchaser and is valid while they own the merchandise. No other warranty, including warranty of merchantability and fitness, for any particular purpose will be made by LAXseries either expressed or implied. LAXseries will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from any product defect.
Once you have notified LAXseries of a problem with the goods, we will replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question. LAXseries will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods. LAXseries shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund made under these conditions.
WHAT KIND OF WOOD DO YOU USE FOR LAXSERIES?
We use the highest quality English Walnut wood. Our Restaurant Collection is also available in Hickory, Red Oak, Ash, a dark stain, matte clear lacquer, and a white lacquer.
HOW WILL MY ORDERS BE DELIVERED?
Standard shipping includes free curbside delivery. You will be contacted via telephone 1-2 days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment. You will need to be present to sign for the item. If you instruct the carrier to leave your shipment without a signature, you will waive the right to all damages.
Small packages will be delivered using Fedex or UPS as noted in the product description.

WILL I NEED SPECIAL MOUNTING HARDWARE FOR ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Nope. The 3X Shelf, Headboard Shelf, and Wall Mounted Desk are all shipped with mounting hardware included. Their toggle anchors will mount into almost any drywall with your only needing to drill a 1/2 inch hole for each anchor. LAXseries’ wall-mounted pieces are designed for mounting to standard drywall.
