How long will it take for my order to ship?

In stock orders will be processed within 2-6 business days and will be received in approximately 7-14 business days depending on your location - though the exact delivery date depends on your location and shipping logistics.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of expected lead times.



How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has shipped, an email confirming your tracking number will be sent to the provided contact information you supply.



Can I preorder an out of stock product?

We accept pre-orders on most, if not all, backordered items, meaning stock of the piece has temporarily run out. Pre-orders will be put in a queue in the order in which they are received and will be shipped out immediately when the pieces become available.

If an item is not in stock, you will receive an email with the expected lead time upon purchase.

Do you offer trade pricing?

Absolutely. If you are an interior designer, architect, or residential stager, please fill out our online form on our website. Once we have verified your credentials, we will supply you with a trade account.



Do you provide swatches or samples? 

You can order swatches and wood samples are available for most products. Request a sample by emailing laxseries@mashstudios.com!



What payment does LAXseries accept? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. We also accept payment installments through Affirm. All payments are processed under a secure server. Sorry, checks are not accepted.



What is the cost of shipping? 

We offer free standard curbside delivery on all orders in the continental United States! Assembly and placement is not included in the cost of standard shipping, but is available at an additional charge.

For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico addresses, additional fees will apply. Please contact email us at laxseries@mashstudios.com to inquire about shipping to these outlying areas.

LAXseries does not ship directly to Canada at this time, but rather through our network of Canadian retailers.  

Please note that upon delivery of your order, you will become the owner of the purchased goods and will be held liable for any loss, damage or destruction during & after assembly.



Is there sales tax? 

Sales tax is not charged unless the order is shipping within California.



What is LAXseries' environmental policy?

LAXseries is committed to practicing environmentally conscious and sustainable actions. What started simply as a design initiative and dedication to quality has thus become the LAXseries’ most environmentally friendly feature – its ability to last decades and substantially minimize the resources that would be invested to frequently replace it. The materials that go into every LAXseries piece are meticulously selected for their quality and positive environmental impact. Each piece of furniture is made of solid English Walnut, free of formaldehyde glue and other toxins. By using an engineered wood, the LAXseries is able to maximize the yield from each tree and virtually eliminate waste.



What are your privacy standards? 

We do not sell your information to other companies. When you purchase a product online, your credit card is charged only when your order is in shipping, and your credit card information is never re-used except to issue refunds or make other required adjustments.

What if I don't like the piece I ordered? 

We want you to love your new LAXseries piece, but we understand that's not always the case with items purchased online.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund as long as the furniture is in fully resalable condition (no stains, damage, nor abuse). All returns must have original packaging. All returns will be assessed at the industry standard 25% restocking fee and you will be responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Please note, custom/special orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable.

In the event you cancel your shipment while en route or if the package is considered “undeliverable” by the freight company at destination, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Your credit card will be refunded minus the shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee once it has been inspected at the warehouse.

Please note, LAXseries’ return policy may differ from those of its retail partners.



I have questions about mounting my piece! 

The 3X Shelf, Storage Headboard Shelf, and Wall Mounted Desk are all shipped with mounting hardware included. The toggle anchors (included) will mount into almost any drywall, after drilling a 1/2 inch hole for each anchor.

LAXseries’ wall-mounted pieces are designed for mounting to standard drywall. Please contact us directly at laxseries@mashstudios.com to inquire before mounting our products to concrete and other unusual wall surfaces.



What if my shipment arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged shipment from LAXseries, you may exchange it for an equal piece at no additional charge. All shipping damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. It is required that LAXseries receive digital images of the damage (including the product itself & the box it came in) before replacement shipments will be processed.

If you receive a product with obvious damage seen from the outside of the box (e.g., a dent or hole in the box) you have the option to not accept the box from the shipper. Whenever signing for a package, you are stating you received it in good condition. You have the right to make the delivery man wait while you open up the box to make sure all pieces are intact.



Where is LAXseries designed?

All our products are designed in our Los Angeles studio. We personally oversee the production and make every effort to supply a quality product to our clientele.



Does LAXseries ship internationally?

Currently, LAXseries ships to the US only. 

LAXseries does not ship directly to Canada at this time, but rather through our network of Canadian retailers. Please contact LAXseries directly for a complete list of Canadian retailers in your area.



What is the warranty? 

LAXseries warrants its products against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase, provided the product was used under normal conditions and was used for the purposes for which it was designed. Warranty does not include wear and tear. In case of a damage or defect due to manufacturing, we will replace the item at no charge. It is required that LAXseries receives digital images of manufacturing damages before replacement shipments will be processed.

The warranty is to the initial purchaser and is valid while they own the merchandise. No other warranty, including warranty of merchant ability and fitness, for any particular purpose will be made by LAXseries either expressed or implied. LAXseries will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from any product defect.

Once you have notified LAXseries of a problem with the goods, we will replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question. LAXseries will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods. LAXseries shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund made under these conditions.



What does standard shipping entail?

Standard shipping includes curbside delivery. You will be contacted via telephone 1-2 days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment. You will need to be present to sign for the item. If you instruct the carrier to leave your shipment without a signature, you will waive the right to all damages.

Small packages will be delivered using UPS Ground Parcel.
