At LAXseries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase. We understand that sometimes things do not work out, and we have outlined our returns and refund policy below.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a partial refund, provided the furniture is in fully resalable condition (no stains, damage, nor abuse). Contact as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to make a return.
Please ensure that all returns have the original packaging. Please note that custom/special orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
Return Shipping and Restocking Fee
All returns will be assessed at the industry standard 25% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Please note that the restocking fee and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Canceled or Undeliverable Shipments
In the event that you cancel your shipment while en route or if the package is considered “undeliverable” by the freight company at the destination, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Your credit card will be refunded minus the shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee once it has been inspected at the warehouse.
Retail Partner Return Policies
Please note that LAXseries’ return policy may differ from those of our retail partners. If you have purchased furniture from one of our retail partners, please refer to their return policy for information on how to return your item(s).
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s). We will credit your original method of payment, minus the restocking fee and shipping and handling costs.
At LAXseries, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture products. All our products are covered by a one-year warranty against defects in manufacturing and workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the initial purchaser and is valid as long as they own the merchandise.
The warranty covers any damage or defect resulting from the manufacturing process, provided the product was used under normal conditions and for the purposes for which it was designed. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence, or damage resulting from improper assembly, cleaning, or maintenance.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage, LAXseries will replace the item at no charge. We require digital images of the manufacturing damages before replacement shipments can be processed.
Please note that LAXseries makes no other warranties, either expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. LAXseries will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from any product defect.
If you have any problems with your furniture, please notify us as soon as possible. We will replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery, or refund the amount paid for the goods in question. LAXseries will not be liable for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods.
