We offer curbside delivery for orders in the continental United States. Costs are calculated at checkout and based on total price before taxes.
Most of our collection is in-stock and ready to ship! We typically ship orders within 2-3 business days. The exact delivery date will depend on your location and order details. For orders within the U.S. continental region, you can expect a transit time of about 7-14 business days from the day your order leaves our facility.
Our curbside delivery DOES NOT include unpacking, placement, or assembly. If the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will be delivered inside the entrance to the building, but not to your apartment door.
Furniture Deliveries:
Furniture deliveries are scheduled by appointment to ensure a smooth process. Exceptions are noted for small packages as mentioned in product descriptions. Once your shipment reaches your local area, the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery time. Small packages are handled by UPS, and shipping fees will be based on your chosen service level. Please ensure someone is available to sign for these packages upon delivery. If you request leaving a shipment without a signature, please be aware that it waives your right to claim damage for those items.
Communication and Delays:
If there is any unexpected delay in your order, we'll promptly notify you via email, phone, or mail. All packages originate from Buena Park, CA 90621. Contact us directly at laxseries@mashstudios.com if you have any questions.Order Consolidation:
Please keep in mind that items ordered together might arrive in separate boxes on different days. This is due to the use of different carriers and package sizes. If you encounter this situation, kindly note any missing items on the carrier's signature form and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. We'll quickly investigate and update you on the status of your order.
Damage Inspection:
Inspect all boxes for damage upon delivery and inform the driver immediately. In case of concealed damage, notify us within 48 hours by sending digital images to laxseries@mashstudios.com.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:

White Glove Delivery
We offer White Glove delivery on a case by case basis at the Carriers discretion and can get a quote for you- which includes an appointment for inside delivery, up to 30 minutes of LIGHT assembly, placement in your room of choice, and removal of packing materials. The delivery window for White Glove service is typically 2–4 weeks from the day your order is shipped. Other options include contacting Task Rabbit to get a quote as well.
Please note that White Glove Delivery does not include wall mounting, electrical or structural changes. Deliveries requiring cranes or window removal are not available.
Additional Options:
Saturday, Sunday, after hours, specified tight delivery windows and holiday deliveries are also available for an additional charge. Delivery appointments will not be supplied for small packages shipped through UPS.
